Sinabung Hills Berastagi Hotel, Berastagi

I had a wonderful time at the hotel, nestled in a serene area with stunning views of the Sinabung and Sibayak volcanoes. The rooms were clean and came with comfy beds and nice balconies. However, the service could use a little improvement as the staff seemed overwhelmed at times. Overall, it presented great value for money, especially considering the lovely views and the amenities provided.
