Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, nestled in a serene area with stunning views of the Sinabung and Sibayak volcanoes. The rooms were clean and came with comfy beds and nice balconies. However, the service could use a little improvement as the staff seemed overwhelmed at times. Overall, it presented great value for money, especially considering the lovely views and the amenities provided.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is ideally located near the nightlife and dining options in town. The garden view from my room was lovely, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly, which made my experience even better. However, I felt that the dining options could improve, especially for breakfast, and the Wi-Fi access was a bit tricky since it required extra payment. Overall, it’s a great place for the value.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the volcanoes. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to all the shops. The staff was friendly, although there were some issues with the dining options. Overall, it offered good value for money, but there's definitely room for improvement in certain areas.
I had a really nice stay at this hotel, enjoying its clean and comfortable rooms along with a friendly staff that made me feel welcome. The best part was the great location, close to various attractions. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, especially with limited breakfast options. Plus, while the facilities were decent, nothing stood out as exceptional.
The hotel offers a clean and comfortable atmosphere with a very friendly staff, making my stay quite enjoyable. However, the limited breakfast options left something to be desired. The location is fantastic, but the limited availability of amenities, like Wi-Fi not being included in the price, can be a bit of a hassle.
